About Christmas Town

The holiday season shines brightest during Christmas Town at Busch Gardens Williamsburg. From Nov. 16 through Jan. 5, Christmas Town will feature 10 million twinkling lights as the park is transformed into a winter wonderland. The whole family will love the festive holiday décor, entertaining themed shows and much more during this celebration.

Busch Gardens Williamsburg's Germany area is transformed into the North Pole. The sweet smell of holiday cookies from the Cookies & Cocoa shop fills the air as you are mesmerized by eye-catching Christmas displays. Projection mapping makes virtual gingerbread men come to life in this festive village during Christmas Town.

Christmas Town Express

Don't miss your chance to take a ride on the Christmas Town Express, departing from Caribou Station in New France. View millions of glimmering lights along this mile-and-a-half long ride through holiday-themed vignettes. Sing along to classic holiday songs as you tour the world's most beautiful theme park, Busch Gardens Williamsburg.

Busch Gardens Christmas Town Dining

While you're exploring Christmas Town, you're sure to work up an appetite. Indulge in holiday favorites, sweet treats and warm beverages throughout the park.

Find full Christmas menus and seasonal dishes at Das Festhaus and La Cucina in Holiday Hills. Squires Grille, O' Tators, Trappers Smokehouse and Marco Polo's Marketplace will be serving their usual fare in a festively decorated setting.

While you're in England, join the Christmas Party happening at Cobblestone Ale & Spirits. Get out of the cold as you grab a pint or one of the Dickens-themed cocktails available during the Christmas Town celebration.

As you explore the grounds of the park, keep your eye out for some familiar faces.

Visit the North Pole where Santa Claus and his elves are working hard in his workshop. Explore the workshop then meet Santa himself. Get the whole family's photo taken with Mr. Claus, then let the kids personally give Santa their Christmas list.

Christmas Town Visitor Information

Busch Gardens and Christmas Town will be closed on Monday through Thursday the weeks of Nov. 18, Nov. 25 and Dec. 2. The park will also be closed on Christmas Day.

Christmas Town Hours

Christmas Town is open Sunday through Friday from 2–10 p.m. On Saturdays, the park will be open from noon–10 p.m.
